Chad "CD" Mudloff is a Kansas State University graduate with a BS degree in Construction Science Engineering and Management. A member of the Sigma Lambda Chi International Honor Society for Construction, CD has completed 30-hours of OSHA certified safety training. As an 8-year Project and Area Manager veteran for Performance Contracting, CD managed projects along the entire East Coast, helping to establish branches for Performance Contracting, expanding their reach and service offerings for the region. Now back in Kansas City, CD is dedicated providing excellent service and a better client experience for every type of project.
